  • I never received my order. What should I do?

If our site’s tracking says your order was delivered but you still haven’t received it, look up your tracking number on the USPS site for confirmation. 

If the carrier site’s tracking also says your order was delivered, try checking with your neighbors and looking outside your home to see if it’s hidden somewhere. If you can’t find it, email us with your original shipping address and an alternate shipping address so we can send a replacement.

If the carrier site’s tracking hasn’t been updated for several days, email us with your original shipping address so we can look into it and send a replacement if necessary.

  • How long will it take to get my order once it is shipped?

It depends on where you are, and on the items in your order. Please see the item description for further details.

Once shipped, US orders will take 4-8 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

  • Where is my order shipped from?

All items are shipped from the US. Items are shipped from our location in South Carolina, as well as from our warehouse locations within other areas of the United States.

  • If I receive the wrong item in my order, or a damaged item do I have to pay to ship it back?

No way! Give our web team a buzz at (+1) 864-835-9734 or email us at support@girlbootsstore.com and we will send you a prepaid label to return it to us!

  • Can you deliver to a PO Box?

Yes we do ship to PO Boxes via standard shipping, NOT express shipping. 

We do not ship to APO/FPO or DPO addresses.

  • If my order is delayed, what should I do?

If you didn’t receive your package within the time frame of the shipping method you selected, please feel free to contact our Customer Care Team. We’ll be more than happy to help!

  • Is there a way to be notified when certain products are restocked?

Yes! If a product is out of stock in your desired size you will see a green “notify me” tab on the left side of the screen. Click it and you may enter your email address to be notified if that item in that size becomes available again. You can also call our store to be added to a call list to receive a phone call! Also a great way to stay in the know about new arrivals and restocks is to become a fan on our Facebook page and follow us on Instagram.

  • Will I be charged a customs tax?

Customs taxes vary by country and will be charged according to the local customs policies. If you were required to pay a customs fee, please contact our Customer Care Team for further assistance.

  • How do I find the right size?

  • How do I track my order?

Creating a customer account with us is always a good idea! You can log in and view your orders and tracking numbers at any time. Whether you created an account or checked out as a guest you should’ve received a shipping confirmation email with tracking. If you did not receive it contact us at support@girlbootsstore.com.
